Purchase of fund units

Please note that only the investors who meet the conditions set out in the fund rules are eligible to purchase units.

Hereby you confirm that you are a qualified investor and you meet at least two of the following four conditions:

minimum initial investment is 100,000 euros and you confirm that you have sufficient knowledge of investing, associated risks and an understanding of the risk level of a venture capital fund;
you work or have held a position in the financial sector for at least one year, which requires knowledge regarding investing in securities;
over the last four quarters, you made an average of at least ten major transactions with securities in each quarter;
your securities portfolio exceeds EUR 500,000.

The following conditions are also obligatory:

You are not a US resident.

You authorize FB Asset Management AS to process your personal data.

Only those investors who meet the conditions stipulated in the rules of the fund are eligible to purchase shares.
